Our community is 180 apartment homes set in a garden style, gated setting and designed with the active 55+ senior in mind. Not to mention we are also a pet friendly community, accepting your family pets with less than a forty pound weight limit.
The Destinations at Sandhill have many fun activities ranging from in-house parties to social events with entertainment. Many games are played regularly with our on-staff activity director. If you are more active we have a weekly walking group that walks in our local Boulevard Mall and we get active with chair and memory exercises regularly. We have movie afternoons, poker night, and special smoothie and snack days. Not to mention, we have BINGO and Wii Games twice a week!
Our community also has our complementary bus schedule taking our residents to various destinations. We visit three major grocery chains, pharmacies and will take you to your close vicinity doctor or salon/ barber appointments weekly. Between visiting the library every other week, various shopping stores and tasty eateries, the time simply flies by. Our bus takes our residents to Boulder Highway casinos every week and to a distant casino twice a month to get that change of pace…and, if you need it, luck!
Our apartment homes are just as exquisitely designed with wall-to-wall plush carpeting and faux wood flooring in your bathroom and kitchen. All appliances are provided including refrigerator, garbage disposal, electric range and stove, vent fan and dishwasher. We offer one and two bedroom apartment homes to suite all of your needs. Each of our four buildings have elevators for easy second and third floor access. Some of our upper floor apartments have spectacular views to boot!
