Armani is a beautiful 2 year old boy who's in search of his forever home. He is a bit shy at first, but is very affectionate once he knows somebody. He does not 'show' well at adoption events because it's too scary for him therefore he has not yet been adopted. He's a playful, loving boy who is socialized with other cats but prefers to choose one to be friends with. A home with one other cat and a more quiet atmosphere would be perfect for him. He does not prefer to be picked up a lot, so he probably would not do good with small children unless they knew not to try to carry him around. He's neutered, FIV/Leuk negative and is Avid micro chipped. ~ UPDATE: Armani now has to be listed as 'special needs' due to a severe reaction to his last booster shots. :( He's been diagnosed as having Polycythemia. This is a rare condition where his body creates too many red blood cells. He needs an in-expensive blood-letting procedure, where they remove a certain amount of his blood and replace it with fluids, performed about 3 times a year or less. He also has to be monitered for dehydration, which so far he's been doing ok.
