Job summary

This is a sales position with the primary responsibility for developing cross-channel business partnerships with high potential residential and business clients who may have multiple locations within a defined geographical territory. Candidates will be responsible for developing their assigned territories, while promoting and selling superior cleaning packages to commercial and residential clients based in the Clark County, Henderson, and North Las Vegas areas.
Summary of essential job functions

• Engaged in sales activities outside of the office, face-to-face, including, but not limited to, creating relationships with customers and developing a clear, complete understanding of their potential cleaning needs. Sales activities also include selling to existing 4-Star General’s Clean customers a further and deeper range services

• Ensure effective execution of tactical and operational segments of the sales plans for all services relevant to geographical scope

• Identifies key targets from region listing & develops selling & penetration plans. Using a consultative selling approach

• Schedules joint face to face calls to customers in attempt to meet and sell program

• Sells to multiple levels of decision-makers within larger, high potential accounts by developing partnerships with customers

• The Solutions Development Manager (Print) will also be responsible for maintaining a calendar or log of all outside appointments. Manager may request to review the calendar or log at their discretion

Minimum requirements
• At least 2 years of recent direct sales, business to business sales, or residential sales experience; we will consider inside sales and customer service experience

• Willing to be trained in, or have experience in, sales, campaign management, test market development and public relations

• 100% Customer Loyalty and Commitment is required; you are representing us!

• Must have excellent communication skills, be goal oriented and ambitious

• Knowledge and understanding that the customer’s wishes and views are always acknowledged and met, within reason

• Driven by a desire to win business and a strive for continuous improvement

• Individuals must be hard working, motivated and willing to learn

• Creative thinker; is not afraid to challenge the status quo, and is willing to take smart risks

Abilities required
• Ability to work in a limited supervision, flexible, and fast paced environment

• This is a full-time position, so you must be willing to work 40 hours per week

• Strong leader and team player; teamwork is expected with a zero tolerance rule!
