Job Functions:
* Coordinate the Lead Management Process
* Distribute all leads and appointment flows per policy and rotation
* Answer all incoming telephone calls and capture and maintain all data for leads and contacts
* Coordinate and report on the Lead Management Process including liaising with Gallery Representatives, Sales Executives, Clients and Management
* Work at the following locations: Sales Pavilion, Bellagio
* Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly lead priority reporting and appointment rotation reports by rotation
* Coordinate the appointment distribution process including liaising with Discovery Center Coordinators including Bellagio, sales associates, clients and management
* Answer telephones and handle all calls adhering to the MGM MIRAGE core standards
* Utilize the CRM Elements and other computer systems simultaneously to cross-reference data on a daily basis to identify MGM MIRAGE patrons
* Register all leads and appointments in CRM Elements
* Responsible for the integrity of the data entered in CRM Elements
* Prepare reports as required by management
* Providing additional support to other departments (including, but not limited to, Sales, Contracts Administration, & Marketing)
* Complete special assignments and urgent reports as requested by management
* Provides telephone support to Discovery Center at Bellagio, Kiosk at Mirage, Kiosk at the Monte Carlo and the Kiosk at THE Hotel
* Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; resolve customer complaints; assist customers when possible
* Provide additional support to other departments as directed by management
* Greet, welcome, and register visitors to CityCenter
* Conduct discovery tours at the Residential Sales Pavilion and Bellagio Gallery
* Maintain current product knowledge and project information
* Dialogue with guests regarding residential opportunities at CityCenter
* Provide and arrange transportation for guests to Sales Pavilion
* Offer and assist with beverages for visitors
* Travel if necessary
* All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures

Qualifications:
Required:

* At least one year of experience in customer service, telephone sales, office administration, or front desk
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
* Ability to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment and handle stress
* Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure
* Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

* Four year degree
* Real Estate knowledge
