JOB SUMMARY: The main purpose of this position is to ensure the timely and smooth packaging of chemicals and devices.

JOB DUTIES:

Preparation for Production
Clean equipment and lab according to SOPs (i.e. lab, scales, utensils etc.)
Prepare the raw products and packaging materials, complete packaging master
Maintain all parameters conformant and follow procedures outlined in the cGMPs
Request lab audit from QA Auditors

Packaging of Chemicals and Devices
Package bulk chemicals, narcotics and/or devices
Ensure own/product safety by wearing proper attire and equipment while repackaging
Clean lab and utensils after completion

Sealing and Labeling
Clean the packaging/container, band or heat seal for protection
Insert appropriate labels on packages, bring the finished material to the release cage
Complete Needed Paperwork
Complete the Packaging Master
Log information on work orders after packaging is complete (i.e. product name, time start/finish, lot # etc.)


QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma
One (1) to four (4) years of experience in production
Very good English language skills
Accountable, team-player, good dexterity and mathematical skills
Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, able to work both autonomously and in a team
Honest, reliable & dependable
