Selling a violin and bow made in a local shop so it is NOT the dime and dozen Chinese factory violins you'll find posted everywhere. Used for 3 years in high school. The bow offered with the violin is NOT the same one that comes with the new violins at the local store. My violin teacher who bought it said it was worth much more than the bow it came with, though it might need rehairing.

Strings are Dominants. The E string however is broken but it does not cost that much ($4 for a Dominant E string). It sounds a lot richer than I bought it (General info to people shopping around: Violins that are played more often sound better than violins that were played a few times and left to dry in a garage. Violins are also prone to cracking as such) and I like the sound just as much as my more expensive violin.

The wood is very gorgeous, not dull and the tail piece, chin rest, and pegs are all rosewood. It goes for $300 new at the violin shop. This comes with the violin, bow, and case, as well as three shifting books ($22 retail). If you have any questions e-mail me here please.
